Use the report action on any listing page, or email us the listing link and a short description of the problem. An administrator reviews every report.
Payments and refunds
- For deposit, refund or payout questions, include the auction title and the last 4 digits of your phone number only.
- Refunds to losing bidders are automatic when an auction closes.
