Who can sell
- Individuals or offices clearing their own used items.
- You confirm the item is genuinely pre-owned, yours to sell, and not prohibited.
- No business documents are needed when you sell your own used items.
What you can list
- Genuinely used electronics, computers and accessories, gaming gear, creator equipment, home appliances and workspace furniture.
- Examples: monitors, complete PCs, keyboards, headsets, consoles, cameras, audio gear, desks, ergonomic chairs and networking kit.
What you cannot list
- New, unused or new-in-box retail stock.
- Mobile phones in any condition.
- Counterfeits, stolen goods, or items with misleading specs.
Tips for a faster sale
- Take clear, real photos, including any defects and identifying labels. A short video helps for expensive electronics.
- Be honest about condition. Selling “as-is” never excuses undisclosed defects or counterfeits.
- State who pays for delivery and whether collection is possible.
- Photos are compressed on upload and location data is removed to protect your privacy.
Limits
- Up to 5 active listings at once and 10 listings per month.
- Auctions run for 3 to 10 days.
- The starting bid is a multiple of KSh 50, from KSh 500 up to KSh 25,000.
After approval
- Once an auction is live, price, terms and description are locked. Corrections go through an administrator and are recorded.
- You cannot bid on your own listing.
- When the auction closes with a winner, you see the order on your dashboard. Agree the delivery date, time, place and cost with the buyer there.
- Do not ship or hand over the item until the platform confirms the buyer’s balance payment. The buyer pays the platform, not you.
- After the buyer confirms receipt (or the release window passes), your payout is recorded: 90% of the winning price, less any disclosed payout fees.
